Why don't more black people own their own buisness?

I saw the SE Asians work in the strawberry fields in California. They learned how to grow and care for strawberrys. Now they have been renting their own lots here and there and raising them themselves. They are earning enough to make down payments on their own homes and make the payments. They do not dress fancy or drive new cars, but their children are going to colleges. They produce very tasty strawberries and are helpful when selling them. Every body buys their strawberries. Most can hardly speak English.
