What does this sound like?

iv got these like heat bead things on the top of my feet.sometimes there in clusters and they are itchy as hell.they look kind of like little white head pimples but when scratched they dont bust.well sometimes they bleed when i scratch too hard.my dad has sorosis(dont know if thats how you spell it).he gets itchy on his scalp and has to wash his hair with some special shampoo.i use to only get it in summer but now im noticing it more often?
