Why don't Billionaires give Free Handouts to the Lower Classes?

philanthropist like Rockefeller gave us many of our national parks like the smokey mountains, yellowstone etc... when was the last time you donated anything? bill gates donated almost 30billion to charity and just about every billionaire has donated obscene amounts of money as well. you want cash in your pocket for free and that is called a handout, you will need to talk to obama about that.
