Example: from this date of birth to this date of birth will begin registration, once this group is completed. They will begin the next group of birth date and so on.You need to register first, with your name and HKID number and date of birth.As for overseas HK PR/residents, I believed there will be a online registration, you need to register your name, HKID number and date of Birth. Plus you need a bank account number for the transfer of fund.(Is not confirm on this) I should know this by August or September this year.
