Body twitching after a migraine?

Hi, I'm 15 and recently i've been having bad migraines, i went to the doctors and they said i have Cluster Headaches and Migraines, and prescribed me with some Sumatraptin(?) pills, but i just want to know can cluster headaches and migraines cause body twitching, all over the body? I feel drowsy sometimes and they twitching started last night, in my legs, but today has recently gotten to the rest of my body. I'm scared just incase i have a Brain Tumor. Help please? Much appreciated ! :)
