What are these red marks on my arm?

i cant remember anything from the other night but i have a few small circular marks in a cluster around my right arm just lower down from my elbow, they're not lumpy and there's no blood or cuts on the outside of my skin.. someone said it looks like trapped blood or something, but there's no bruising and it doesn't hurt when you touch around it.. how could this of happened?
