I want to get some government handouts, how do i do this?

Ive talked to a few friends but nobody can tell me how to get some handout or free money that i dont have to pay bqck. Where does this come from? Can most of it be done online and if so what are the websites? I only make about $20g a year and i have some college and im 30yo male. I understand that this is a big issue these days but i want help. I know people are getting free money because the news networks talk about it all the time so dont tell me it isnt possible for me.
