Gauges aren't working on instrument panel?

I have a 1995 Eagle Vision TSi. The gauges on the instrument panel quit working. I've tried replacing the cluster it self but that didn't work. I tried replacing the BCM and that didn't work either. I took apart the entire dash to check for bad wires but found none and checked the grounds. I checked all the fuses and relays but all are good. What else is there to do besides putting it in the shop. I don't have money for that. Also, on the cluster, notifications still light up, it's just the gauges that won't move.
