Can you change the controles in socom 4 us navy seals like in cod?

i play cod bc2 medel of honor etc all the same controles prety much like for looking up and down you use the l3 r3 down you lokk down up you look up but why they would make the game like this in socom the controles are messed up i go from playing bc2 with normal to socom so when ilook up i look down. so i want to change it so it can just be the same
