Why don't liberals understand their policies do not help minorities?

the government does not take care of minorities. if minorities are "given" scholarships why don't all the minority kids who wish to go to college get them? affirmative action isn't a "handout", one must still be qualified, and many white women are recipients of affirmative action. you are mis characterizing "minorities" as lazy individuals who depend on the government to eat and I find that not only offensive but ignorant. oh and adding that you are a minority yourself is like the "but Ive got Black friends" line......
