3 Inventions that the ANZAC's developed during WWI?

Tin can/jam jar bombs to make up for not having grenades, self firing rifles with their triggers altered to be incredibly sensitive then connected to a system that either fired when a candle burned through a string or when water dripped from a tin can with a hole in. This was to prevent Ottomans from following them when they retreated at the end of the campaign. Can't really think of any apart from that.
